|---|---|
| 0 | Treatment should be avoided |
| 1 | Treatment has a limited role |
| 2 | Treatment is potentially inferior to standard of care but a reasonable option |
| 3 | Treatment is undisputed SOC |
Only 1 option can be selected with Score 3. We assumed patients are fit/eligible/appropriate for all treatment options without contraindications, preferences, or limitations of availability/funding.
